Refund Policy
1. No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, Arya Sudesi Foods does not accept returns. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Sour Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, you must inform us within 2 hours of the delivery time. Reports must be sent to info@aryadairy.in or our official support number.
Photographic evidence of the spoiled/damaged product is mandatory for a claim to be processed.
3. Refunds
If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or your store wallet within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the 2-hour reporting window.
